ZIP LINE MAKING MACHINE – ZL60

According to the special demand of the material flow rate during the process of making zippers the charging
barrel and the screw that the machine employs are make of the high quality alloy steel, and chrome plated,
having the features of strong abrasive resistance, heat resistance and deformation resistance.
The heating band of charging barrel adopt the stainless steel out cover, with independent air blower for
cooling, inside it adopts porcelain heating circle.
The filter net of the die head adopts the integral type one, which is easy to unpick and wash.
This machine employs the stainless steel storage tank.
The main vice motor of this machine adopt Panasonic frequency converters, and domestic famous brand hard
tooth-faced speed reducer and the torque motor reeling machine, which all make it stable to make zippers,
the quality and the output of the zipper can be improved.
The power supply connection adapts the air plug.
The winding part adopts frequency controller to improve the quality and output of zippers.
The live-rollers of the front and back traction part adopt two turbine decelerating motors to grouping
frequency control of the motor speed. (before the live-rollers are connected by belt, and adopt one set of
cycloidal pinwheel reduction motor.)
The plane of worktable adopts the stainless steel plate.
The electrical appliances of this machine all use the Schneider brand
Electric, and the temperature controller used Omron. The appearance of this machine is
very attractive and easy operation.
This machine will make two zipper lines together, produce zipper in two carton together, packing zipper will
be also two lines together.
